Reservation FAQs

  • 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
  • In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable

  • The price listed is based on the unit per night

  • The Hawaiian Hotel Tax of 11.416% are added to each reservation

  • Cleaning Fee of $200 for the main level and $100 for the expansion area applies to all visits
  • A refundable $500 damage deposit by check or money order is required at the reservation
  • Check in time is 4:00 pm
  • Check out time is 10:30 am
  • The times can be flexible depending upon the arrival and departure schedule of other guests
