Statement of Strength:

In this era of financial instability, it is possible that the reservation you make for a vacation home could go unfulfilled and your deposit lost.  Homes are being foreclosed, people are filing bankruptcy and property management firms are closing. I have reports already from people with those situations and I can only assume it will continue to be a risk.  Here is what I can offer:

1. My home is owned free and clear, no mortgage, liens, etc.
2. You deal directly with the owner
3. Property taxes are current
4. My house is not for sale
5. I have local property management in Kona
6. I have the property maintained on a weekly basis

If you wish for me to provide evidence of any of these claims, I would be more than happy to do it if you are considering a reservation.
